Situation
The realisation of receivables is particularly difficult in the building trade, caused by poor payment behaviour and disputes among the contracting parties.
Controversial conflicts, for example with regard to claims under the contract of work and services with the contractor, especially arise from change requests or from disruptions of the construction progress and can be extremely lengthy. This leads to bottlenecks in the necessary liquidity. The building contractor then faces increasing problems.
