p.e.o.s. GmbH is partner to numerous credit institutes, credit insurers and renowned building contractors.
In guarantee management, p.e.o.s. advises leading and also internationally operating building contractors in risk assessment and the extension of their lines of guarantee.
Staff members of p.e.o.s. have successfully managed and completed various large-scale construction sites. This includes renowned project such as, for example, the “Westhafen Tower” Frankfurt am Main, the underground car park at the Frankfurt Theatre and the Coat of Arms Hall at the trade fair location Munich.
Whether in the two big German building insolvencies or in smaller or medium proceedings - p.e.o.s. renders consultancy services in the defence against assertion of claims from guarantees, claim management or project management for the continuation of construction sites.
